Hence when it comes to our branding, reputation and track records, Fidelitas Advisors group companies since its establishment, has NOT been affiliated directly or indirectly with any international financial institutions, assets management, banks, audit firms, consulting firm, universities or financial services firms with similar namesakes or in other languages and similar branding in UK, North America, Europe or South America.
Any attempt to relate our firm’s or firm’s branding with other institutions in one way or another especially those that are incorporated outside of Indonesia should be avoided.

David Bingei, M.Sc (LBS), CF (ICAEW)
Mr. David Bingei is the Managing Director of Fidelitas Capital from 2003 until present. He started his career in Bank Niaga in 1986. In 1999 he was the Vice President in ABN Amro Bank as Head of Structured & Project Finance, which later on assuming Co-head of Debt Origination & Underwriting. In 2002, he was the Senior Vice President of Rabobank as Head of Structured & Corporate Finance. In 2004-2009, David joined as a partner at Batavia Securities specializing in Corporate Advisory & Structured Finance. Mr. David Bingei was a graduate from London Business School with M.Sc degree. He obtained his Corporate Finance Qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountant, England and Wales. He is fluent in English, Indonesian and speaks casual Mandarin.
Dr. Ir. Rinaldi Firmansyah, MBA, CFA
Rinaldi was the CEO of PT.TELKOM INDONESIA (Telkom) from 2007 to 2012. Telkom was the largest company by capitalization at USD 20 Billion (2012). He was also the CFO in the same company from 2004 to 2007. During his tenure he managed the company value from USD 10 billion in 2009 to USD 20 billion by 2012.Graduating from the prestigious engineering university ITB in Bandung, he continued his career as a field engineer in Schlumberger Overseas in North-sea Scotland, before moving to Siemens. His financial career started in Citibank in 1988. He was appointed as Director of Investment Banking from 1997 to 2001 in Bahana Securities, and subsequently was President Director from 2001 to 2003. His illustrious career was marked by awards (e.g. Best CEO on Survival Management, by Business Review 2010, Best CEO by SWA Magazine 2010, CEO of the Year 2009 by Bisnis Indonesia, Favorite CEO Telecom sector from Warta Ekonomi 2008, The Best CFO, 1st Runner Up from Finance Asia-Asia’s Best Companies 2006, Best CFO in Indonesia- Asia Money Polls (Polling from Analysts/Investors) 2004). Rinaldi is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Investment Advisor, Certified Underwriter, and Certified Broker/dealer. He obtained his MBA from IPMI Jakarta in 1988.
